What we cover

We focus on three core areas of digital fabrication, with room to grow into adjacent workshop technologies over time:

• 3D printing — FDM and resin printers, filament and resin, software, troubleshooting, and buying guides.
• Laser engraving and cutting — diode, CO2, and fiber lasers, materials, software, and machine selection.
• CNC routers and machining — desktop CNC, woodworking and metal, router bits, software, and machine selection.

We publish buying guides, product comparisons, educational articles, how-to content, troubleshooting guides, software guides, and materials information. We are not an ecommerce store.

How we research

Our recommendations are based on transparent research — manufacturer specifications, documented features, compatibility, pricing, warranties, published documentation, and clearly identified third-party information. We focus on practical differences between products, their intended use, cost, and documented capabilities.

What we don't do
